Nine live Zoom sessions
Guided art journaling prompts
Weekly recorded meditations
Session replays through the end of the year
Live attendance is strongly encouraged but not required. Group participation is what makes this group amazing. Please check your calendar to ensure you can attend most sessions. Recordings will be available to participants through the end of the year.
